Decision Transparency, that's the DeLoach Approach.
Empowering Parents
Philip is dedicated to empowering parents, giving them a voice in shaping the educational experience of their children. He believes that engaged parents contribute to a stronger school community.
Parent-Driven Policy, that's the DeLoach Approach.
Wholistic Oversight
As a licensed attorney in Michigan and Florida, Philip DeLoach advises businesses small and large, including CEO's, Presidents, Boards of Directors, and Sole Proprietors, all across the State on issues of contract negotiation, practical organization, and applicable policy implementation, to further success and meet and exceed goals.
Professionally, Philip uses in-depth tax planning and data analysis techniques to help his clients best tackle their tax profile. After preparing and reviewing more than 4,000 tax returns over the last decade, representing clients before State tax tribunal hearings, IRS tax audits, and Michigan Department of Treasury inquiries, and as a Partner in a small, boutique law firm, Philip has the financial experience required to help mitigate the budget crisis facing Northville, today, and plan for Northville School's (and it's teacher's) future for tomorrow.
Trusted Expertise, that's the DeLoach Approach.
Fact-Based Decision Making
Philip advocates for decisions based in fact, and implementation of policy based on negotiated agreement, after a review and understanding of each parties concerns.
When parents are kept informed, and given the ability to have their questions addressed, the community is best served by its elected officials.
When teachers are consulted on policy implementation, success is easier to achieve.
The Board of Education should not make decisions while isolated from reality.
Action with Understanding, that's the DeLoach Approach.
Budget Mitigation
Philip is committed to get down to brass tacks in order to best serve its most essential asset, its teachers. With first-hand drafting experience in complex contract negotiation, and after years of preparing thousands of tax returns, Philip has an intimate understanding of issues important to teachers, parents, and a finite budget.
Philip will help find a solution to both fiscal and practical problems in an effort to help preserve Northville's status as a top school district.
Preserving Perseverance, that's the DeLoach Approach.
